How do I know if my Rove product is authentic?
Every official Rove Cart, Rove Pod, and Rove Disposable features a unique, tamper-proof QR code on the side of the packaging. Simply scan the code with your smartphone to access the batch-specific lab results and verify authenticity. If your product does not have a code or it fails to scan, please contact us immediately.
My cartridge isn’t hitting. What should I do?
Most “no-hit” issues are caused by connection points.
Clean the Connectors: Use a cotton swab with a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol to clean the 510-threads on both your Rove Battery and the cartridge.
Check the Battery: Ensure your Rove Pen is turned on (usually 5 clicks) and fully charged.
Adjust the Pin: Sometimes the small circular pin at the bottom of the cart needs to be slightly pulled out with a toothpick to make contact with the battery.
How do I clear a clogged cartridge?
Clogs happen when oil cools in the air path. To clear it, use the “Pre-heat” function on your Rove Battery for 3-5 seconds, then take a slow, steady pull. Avoid storing your carts in cold environments or on their side to prevent future clogs.

What is the difference between Rove Carts and Rove Live Resin?
Rove Carts (Black Box): Feature our signature solvent-free CO2 oil with strain-specific terpene profiles.
Rove Live Resin: Made from fresh-frozen flower to preserve the “living” terpene profile of the plant, offering a more complex, full-spectrum experience.
Do you use any thinning agents like Vitamin E or PG?
Absolutely not. Rove is committed to purity. We use zero Vitamin E acetate, zero PG, zero VG, and zero MCT oil. Our oil consists only of cannabinoids and cannabis-derived terpenes.
What are Diamond Pods?
Diamond Pods are our ultra-premium line featuring “Liquid Diamonds”—melted THC-A crystals combined with high-terpene extract for the highest possible potency and flavor.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship to my state?
We ship hardware and hemp-derived products to most states in the US. However, due to the PACT Act, we cannot ship to certain jurisdictions with strict flavor bans or shipping restrictions. Check your zip code at checkout for real-time availability.
Why do I need to provide an Adult Signature?
Federal law (The PACT Act) requires that all vaporization products be signed for by an adult (21+) with a valid ID upon delivery. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement to prevent underage use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed at our Boston hub within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Secure Bank Transfers, and Cryptocurrency. For privacy reasons, your statement descriptor will be discreet.
Can I return an opened product?
Due to safety and sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened cartridges, pods, or prerolls. We only accept returns for unused hardware in its original packaging or for verified manufacturing defects.
